Step 1: select a file in the inbox section

Step 2: Select the party ledgers to activate the set-off section

Step 3: Under Action column click the set off section icon.

Step 4: Click the 'Against reference' icon in the set off pop up

Step 5: Another pop up with advance payments created before the invoice date will show up. Select the relevant advance entry from the list to set off against the current invoice.

Step 6: Enter the amount to be set off. The rest of the amount will be recorded as new reference.

Step 7: Click 'Save'

Step 7: Your set off amount is saved. And now you can can fill rest of the details and push the entry to review or Tally.
