Step 1: In Quotation Inbox🡪 Click the + icon

Step 2: Select if you want to add transactions with item, without item or a journal entry.

Step 3: Select the Series this will auto fill the GST registration, prefix, suffix, and quotation number according to your set up.

Step 4: Click the search icon to search and select the party ledger.

You can search party ledger using party name or party GST by clicking the search icon.

Note:

If there is a new party whose ledger is not created in tally, you can manually add the party with the help of GST number and clicking Fetch details.

This will only add the details of the party to the quotation. You can create the party ledger in the sales module.

Incase of non registered party directly add the party name in the Basic Details section. This will only add the details of the party to the quotation. You can create the party ledger in the sales module.

Step 5: Save Changes
