Step 1: Open Manage Business User

Go to Manage → Manage Business User to access the business user management section.

This module allows administrators to add business owners, manage user information, allocate companies, and control access to business data for secure collaboration and efficient accounting operations.

Step 2: Add a New Business Owner

Click the "+" icon to create a new Business Owner profile.

This opens the user creation form, where you can enter business user information and prepare the account for company allocation and role-based access management.

Step 3: Enter User Details

Enter the Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Allocate Companies to the Business Owner.

Assigning the correct companies ensures users can access only the businesses relevant to their responsibilities, improving security, collaboration, and efficient business management within Accomation.io.

Step 4: Submit User Information

Click Submit to create the Business Owner account.

Once the user is added, an email containing the login credentials is automatically sent to the registered email address. The Business Owner can log in using their email ID as the username and the password provided in the email to securely access their assigned companies.
