Step 1: Open Manage Roles

Go to Role Management → Manage Roles to access the role management section.

This module allows administrators to create custom roles, define user permissions, and build secure role-based access controls that support efficient accounting workflows and organizational governance.

Step 2: Create a New Role

Click the "+" icon to add a new role. This opens the role creation screen, where you can define a custom role tailored to your organization's operational requirements and user responsibilities.

Step 3: Define Role Permissions

Enter the Role Name, select the required permission checkboxes, and click Save.

Assigning appropriate permissions ensures users can access only the modules and actions relevant to their responsibilities, improving security, workflow automation, and internal control.

Step 4: Open Manage User Permission

Go to Role Management → Manage User Permission to view users available for role assignment.

All users created through the Manage module are listed here, allowing administrators to assign permissions and manage access from a centralized location.

Step 5: Open Role Assignment

Click the Assign Role icon on the right-hand side of the required user.

This opens the role assignment window, allowing you to allocate predefined roles and permissions to individual users based on their job responsibilities.

Step 6: Assign Role and Save

Select the appropriate role for the user and click Save.

The assigned permissions are applied immediately, enabling secure role-based access, streamlined approval workflows, and controlled access to accounting and business management modules.
