Step 1: Open Allocate Accountant

Go to the Allocate Accountant module to manage your accounting team.

This section allows administrators to add new accountants, assign companies, and organize accounting responsibilities while maintaining secure access control and efficient workflow management across multiple businesses.

Step 2: Open Configure Settings

Click the Configure icon located in the upper-right corner of the Accountants screen.

This opens the configuration panel, where you can customize the columns and information displayed in the accountant list. Personalizing the view helps administrators quickly access relevant accountant details and improves day-to-day user management.

Step 3: Select Required Fields

Choose the fields you want to display in the Accountants module.

Displaying only the relevant information creates a cleaner workspace, improves visibility of important accountant details, and makes it easier to manage accounting teams, company allocations, and user information.

Step 4: Apply Configuration

Click Apply to save your selected display preferences.

The accountant list updates immediately with the chosen fields, providing a customized interface that improves productivity, simplifies navigation, and enhances accountant management without affecting user data.
