Step 1: Open Allocate Accountant

Go to the Allocate Accountant module to manage your accounting team.

This section allows administrators to add new accountants, assign companies, and organize accounting responsibilities while maintaining secure access control and efficient workflow management across multiple businesses.

Step 2: Create a New Accountant

Click the "+" icon to add a new accountant.

This opens the accountant creation form, where you can enter user information and prepare the account for company allocation and role-based access within Accomation.io.

Step 3: Enter Accountant Details

Enter the accountant's Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Allocate Companies based on their responsibilities.

Assigning the correct companies ensures accountants can securely access only the businesses they manage, improving data security, collaboration, and accounting efficiency.

Step 4: Submit Accountant Information

Click Submit to create the accountant account.

Once the user is added, an email containing the login credentials is automatically sent to the registered email address. The accountant can log in using their email ID as the username and the password provided to securely access their assigned companies
