Step 1: Open Invoice Inbox

Go to Invoice → Invoice Inbox to access the invoice management screen.

The Invoice Inbox allows you to create, edit, manage, and track customer invoices while maintaining an organized record of all billing transactions.

Step 2: Open Invoice Setup

In the Invoice Inbox, click the Setup icon to open the invoice configuration window.

This section allows you to configure invoice settings, select templates, and define voucher series required for creating professional and standardized business invoices.

Step 3: Configure Template and Voucher Series

Select your preferred invoice template and fill in the required details in the setup pop-up.

You can also create multiple voucher series by clicking the "+" icon in the upper-right corner. Proper configuration helps standardize invoice numbering, simplify invoice generation, and maintain consistency across all customer invoices.

Step 4: Save Invoice Configuration

Click Save to apply your invoice setup.

Saving the configuration stores your selected template and voucher series, allowing you to generate invoices quickly, maintain consistent business documentation, and streamline the process of converting invoices into sales entries.
