Step 1: Open the Invoice

Open the required invoice from the Invoice Inbox to begin the E-Way Bill generation process.

Ensure that the invoice contains accurate customer, GST, and transaction details before proceeding, as this information is used to generate the E-Way Bill.

Step 2: Generate E-Way Bill

Click the Generate E-Way Bill option within the invoice. This opens the E-Way Bill generation window, allowing you to enter the transport and shipment information required under GST regulations for the movement of goods.

Step 3: Enter Required Details

Fill in all the required E-Way Bill details, including the transport information and any other mandatory fields.

Providing complete and accurate information helps ensure successful E-Way Bill generation, GST compliance, and smooth transportation of goods

Step 4: Save and Generate

Click Save & Generate to generate the E-Way Bill, or choose Preview to review the information before final submission.

Previewing helps verify transport and invoice details, reducing errors and ensuring accurate GST documentation.
