Step 1: Open Quotation Inbox

Go to Quotation → Quotation Inbox to access the quotation management module.

This section allows you to create, configure, manage, and convert quotations into invoices while maintaining organized customer records and improving your sales and accounting workflow.

Step 2: Open Quotation Setup

Click the Quotation Setup icon to open the quotation configuration window.

Here, you can define GST information, manage quotation templates, and configure the settings required to generate professional quotations that align with your business requirements.

Step 3: Configure GST Details and Template

Enter or select the required GST registration details. If GST registrations are already available in Tally, they will be displayed automatically for selection.

You can also choose the quotation template that best suits your business and add new GST registrations by clicking the "+" icon in the upper-right corner of the pop-up. Proper configuration ensures accurate tax details, professional quotations, and seamless invoice generation.

Step 4: Save Configuration

Click Save to apply your quotation setup.

Saving the configuration stores your GST registrations and template preferences, allowing you to generate quotations faster, maintain consistent business branding, and convert approved quotations into invoices with minimal manual effort.
