Step 1: Open Manage Company

Go to the Manage Company section to access your company settings and configuration options.

This module allows administrators to manage business preferences, customize accounting workflows, and configure transaction narrations for consistent financial record management.

Step 2: Open Narration Configuration

Click the Narration Config icon under the Action column for the required company.

This opens the narration configuration window, where you can create customized narrations for different accounting modules to improve transaction descriptions and bookkeeping consistency.

Step 3: Add Narration and Select Tags

Enter the narration you want to appear in your accounting transactions and select the appropriate tags based on your business requirements.

You can configure separate narrations for Sales, Purchase/Expense, and Bank transactions. Using dynamic tags helps automatically generate meaningful, standardized narrations, making transaction identification, reporting, reconciliation, and auditing more efficient.

Step 4: Save Narration Settings

Click Submit to save your narration configuration.

The customized narration settings will be applied to future transactions, helping maintain consistent transaction descriptions, improving accounting accuracy, and reducing manual effort during bookkeeping and financial reporting.
