Step 1: Open Manage Company

Go to the Manage Company section to view all companies available in your Accomation.io account.

This module allows administrators to manage company information, user assignments, subscriptions, and company-related settings from a centralized dashboard.

Step 2: Select Delete Option

Click the Delete icon under the Action column for the company you want to remove.

This initiates the company deletion process and displays a confirmation prompt to help prevent accidental deletion of business records.

Step 3: Confirm Company Deletion

Click Yes on the confirmation message to permanently delete the selected company.

Confirming the deletion removes the company from your Manage Company list, helping maintain an organized workspace by removing businesses that are no longer required.

Note: Before deleting a company, ensure that:

All assigned credits have been returned from the company.
All users assigned to the company have been removed.

Completing these prerequisites helps prevent deletion errors and ensures proper subscription and user management.
