Step 1: Open Migrate Company

Click the Migrate Company icon in the Manage Company module to begin the migration process.

This feature allows you to connect your existing company with the updated Tally data after a company split, ensuring continuity in accounting operations and minimizing manual setup.

Step 2: Sync Data with Tally

Click the Sync button to synchronize the latest company and ledger information from Tally.

Syncing ensures that Accomation.io retrieves the most recent accounting data, helping maintain accurate ledger mapping and preparing the company for a smooth migration.

Step 3: Select the Destination Company

Select the company to which the current accounting data should be migrated.

Choosing the correct destination company ensures that your updated Tally data is linked to the appropriate business entity, maintaining data consistency and preventing migration errors.

Step 4: Submit Migration

Click Submit to complete the migration process.

Once submitted, Accomation.io migrates the company to the selected Tally data, allowing you to continue accounting operations with the latest company information while preserving workflow continuity.
