Step 1: Open Company in Tally

Open the required company in Tally before starting the synchronization process. Make sure you have selected the correct company whose accounting data you want to connect with Accomation.io.

Opening the correct company ensures that the appropriate ledger and master data are synchronized for accurate accounting automation.

Step 2: Log in to Tally Connector

Open the Tally Connector and log in using the same email address and password registered with your Accomation.io account.

Verify that the selected company name appears in the top-left corner of the connector and confirm that Accomation.io, Internet, and Tally all display a Connected status. This confirms a successful connection and prepares the system for secure data synchronization.

Step 3: Select the Same Company

Log in to the Accomation.io portal and select the same company that is currently open in Tally.

Choosing the correct company ensures that ledger data is synchronized with the appropriate business entity, preventing mapping errors and maintaining consistency between your accounting software and Accomation.io.

Step 4: Click the Sync Icon

Click the Sync icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen to begin the synchronization process.

Syncing imports your ledger masters from Tally into Accomation.io, making them available for ledger mapping, invoice processing, bank automation, and other accounting workflows. Regular synchronization helps keep accounting data accurate and up to date.

Step 5: Click Submit

After the synchronization process is complete, click Submit to confirm and save the synchronized data.

Completing this step finalizes the company setup, ensuring that imported ledger information is available for automated accounting, transaction processing, and seamless integration with Tally.
