Step 1: Open Manage Company

Navigate to Manage → Manage Company to access the company management section.

This module allows administrators to create, configure, and manage multiple business entities from a centralized dashboard, providing the foundation for accounting automation, user allocation, and seamless integration with Tally.

Step 2: Click the Add Icon

Click the "+" icon to start adding a new company.

This opens the company creation form where you can enter business details, configure company information, and prepare the organization for automated accounting workflows and financial data management.

Step 3: Enter GST Number

Enter the company's GST Number in the designated field.

Accomation.io uses the GST number to identify the registered business and retrieve official company information, reducing manual data entry while improving the accuracy of business records and GST-related details.

Step 4: Fetch GST Data and Select Industry

Click Fetch GST Data to automatically retrieve the registered company details from GST records, then select the appropriate Industry for the business.

If the company does not have a GST number, manually enter the required company information. This ensures accurate company setup while supporting both GST-registered and non-GST businesses.

Step 5: Save Company Details

Review the entered information and click Save to create the company in Accomation.io.

Saving the company completes the setup process and prepares the business for accounting automation, user allocation, invoice processing, and seamless synchronization with Tally.
