Step 1: Open Manage Company

Go to the Manage Company section to access your company's configuration settings.

This module allows administrators to manage business preferences, invoice settings, branding options, and other configurations that support accurate billing and accounting automation.

Step 2: Open Company Configuration

Click the Company Config icon for the required company.

This opens the company configuration panel, where you can customize invoice preferences, billing settings, bank details, and other options to match your organization's accounting and invoicing requirements.

Step 3: Select Invoice Format

Choose the invoice format that best suits your business requirements.

Selecting the appropriate invoice layout helps maintain consistent document formatting, improves the professional appearance of customer invoices, and ensures standardized billing across your organization.

Step 4: Enable Auto Bill Numbering

Turn on the Auto Bill Number Sequence toggle to automatically generate sequential invoice numbers.

Automated bill numbering eliminates manual numbering errors, maintains unique invoice references, improves record management, and supports efficient billing and audit compliance.

Step 5: Configure Bank Details and Letterhead

Enable the Show Bank Details toggle if you want your bank account information to appear on invoices, then enter the required bank details. If required, turn on the Letterhead toggle to reserve space for your company letterhead when printing invoices.

These settings help create professional invoices, simplify customer payments, and maintain consistent business branding.

You can switch on the letterhead toggle, this will keep space for your letter head when printing the invoice.

Step 6: Save Configuration

Click Save to apply the selected company configuration settings.

Saving the configuration updates your invoice preferences immediately, ensuring future invoices use the selected format, bill numbering sequence, bank details, and letterhead settings.
