Step 1: Open Manage Company

Navigate to the Manage Company section to access your company profile and management settings.

This module allows administrators to manage company information, configure business preferences, and upload branding assets such as logos, seals, and signatures for use across Accomation.io.

Step 2: Open Upload Company Assets

Click the Upload Company Assets icon under the Action column for the required company.

This opens the asset management window, where you can upload branding elements that will be used across business documents, ensuring a professional and consistent company identity.

Step 3: Select the Asset Type

Choose the appropriate toggle to upload either the Company Logo, Company Seal, or Authorized Signature.

Selecting the correct asset type ensures that each branding element is stored in the appropriate location and displayed correctly on invoices, quotations, and other business documents.

Step 4: Upload the Image

Upload a clear image of the selected logo, seal, or signature from your device.

Using high-quality company assets helps improve the appearance of business documents, strengthens brand identity, and ensures professional presentation across all customer-facing and financial documents.

Step 5: Upload the Asset

Click Upload to save the selected company asset.

Once uploaded successfully, the logo, seal, or signature becomes available for supported documents within Accomation.io, helping maintain consistent branding and professional document generation.
