Step 1: Open Manage Credits

Click the Manage Credit icon under Manage company module to access the credit management section.

This feature allows administrators to allocate, adjust, or return credits for individual companies from a centralized interface, ensuring efficient credit distribution and uninterrupted access to Accomation.io's accounting automation features.

Step 2: Select the Company

Choose the company for which you want to manage credits.

Selecting the correct company ensures that credit allocation or adjustments are applied to the intended business, helping maintain accurate subscription management and organized credit records across multiple companies.

Step 3: Assign or Return Credits

Use the available options to Assign Credits for increasing the company's available balance or Return Credits to reduce previously allocated credits.

Proper credit management helps businesses optimize resource allocation, maintain active subscriptions, and ensure companies have the required credits to continue processing accounting transactions.

Step 4: Submit Changes

After verifying the credit allocation, click Submit to save the changes.

Submitting updates the company's credit balance immediately, ensuring the revised allocation is reflected in the system and available for future accounting and automation activities.
