Step 1: Open Manage Company

Go to the Manage Company section to access your company settings and accounting configuration options.

This module allows administrators to manage company preferences, enable automation features, and customize transaction processing to match business and accounting requirements.

Step 2: Open Club Product Entries

Click the Club Product Entries option for the required company.

This opens the configuration screen where you can control how product line items are posted during sales and purchase transactions, helping simplify ledger management and accounting workflows.

Step 3: Enable Club Product Entries

Switch on the required toggles to club Sales entries, Purchase entries, or both.

Enabling this feature combines multiple product line items into a single ledger entry, reducing the number of accounting entries, simplifying transaction posting, improving bookkeeping efficiency, and creating cleaner financial records for Tally.

Step 4: Save Configuration

Click Save to apply the selected Club Product Entries settings.

Once saved, future Sales and Purchase transactions will follow the configured posting method, helping standardize accounting processes, reduce manual effort, and streamline transaction management.
