Step 1: Open the Sales Archive

Go to Sales → Archive to access all sales transactions that have already been pushed to Tally.

The Archive serves as a centralized repository for completed transactions, making it easy to retrieve historical invoices whenever required.

Step 2: Open the Filter Panel

Click the Filter icon in the top-right corner of the Archive screen.

The Filter feature helps you quickly narrow down archived invoices by using available search criteria, reducing the time required to locate historical transaction records.

Step 3: Search for the Invoice

Search for the required invoice using details such as the party name, invoice number, or other available search fields, then click Apply.

The Archive instantly displays the matching invoices, enabling fast retrieval of previously processed sales transactions.

Step 4: Download the Required Invoice

Select the invoice you want to download and click the Download icon.

Accomation.io downloads the archived invoice, allowing you to share it with customers, maintain audit records, or store it for future business and compliance requirements.
