Step 1: Open Sales Inbox

Go to Sales → Inbox to access the Sales module.

The Sales Inbox is the central location where you can upload, review, process, and manage sales invoices before they are verified and posted into your accounting workflow.

Step 2: Click the Upload Icon

Click the Upload icon to begin uploading your sales invoice.

This opens the upload window, allowing you to import invoice documents into Accomation.io for AI-powered data extraction and automated accounting processing.

Step 3: Select the Invoice File

Select the invoice file from your device and specify whether you are uploading a Single Invoice or Multiple Invoices.

Choosing the correct upload type ensures Accomation.io processes your documents accurately and extracts invoice data efficiently.

Step 4: Upload the Invoices

Click Upload to import the selected invoice files into the Sales Inbox.

Accomation.io automatically begins processing the uploaded documents, preparing them for review, ledger mapping, and further accounting automation.

Note: When uploading multiple invoices, ensure each page contains only one invoice. Accomation.io processes one invoice per page when the Multiple option is selected.

Supported Formats:JPG, JPEG, and PDF, including scanned documents. For handwritten invoices, ensure the text is clearly readable. Photographs should be sharp, properly aligned, and of good quality for accurate AI data extraction.
