Step 1: Open Ledger Creation

Click the Ledger Creation icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

This opens the ledger creation window, allowing you to add a new accounting ledger without leaving the Sales module, improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual setup time.

Step 2: Enter Ledger Name

Select the Ledger Name and assign the appropriate Ledger Group.

Choosing the correct ledger group ensures accurate accounting classification, improves financial reporting, and enables smooth synchronization with your accounting system.

Step 3: Fill Ledger Details

Complete all the required ledger information, including the applicable accounting details.

Providing accurate ledger information helps maintain organized financial records, supports automated accounting workflows, and ensures correct posting of future sales transactions.

Step 4: Submit the Ledger

Click Submit to create the ledger.

Once saved, the new ledger becomes available for use in sales transactions, helping streamline invoice processing, ledger mapping, and accounting data management within Accomation.io.
