Step 1: Configure Dispatch Details in Tally

Before adding dispatch or order information in Accomation.io, configure and enable the required Dispatch Details and Order Details fields in Tally.

Proper configuration ensures these details are synchronized correctly when sales transactions are pushed, improving accounting accuracy and maintaining complete transaction records.

Step 2: Enable Dispatch and Order Settings

Navigate to Manage Company → Configure Settings and enable the Dispatch and Order Details toggle.

Once activated, Accomation.io displays additional fields in the Sales module, allowing you to capture shipment information, transport details, and customer order references for every sales invoice.

Step 3: Open Invoice and Expand Section

Open the required invoice in the Sales Inbox and scroll to the Dispatch and Order Details section. Click the "+" icon to expand the panel and access all available fields needed for entering dispatch, logistics, and customer order information.

Step 4: Enter Dispatch Information

Enter the required dispatch and order details, including shipment information, transport details, dispatch references, delivery information, or customer purchase order references based on your business process.

Recording complete logistics information improves shipment tracking, customer service, and accurate synchronization with Tally.

Step 5: Save or Push the Entry

After verifying the dispatch and order information, click Save, Push to Review, or Push to Tally.
