Step 1: Select the Saved Invoice

In the Purchase/Expense Inbox, select the saved invoice you want to review.

Ensure all required details, including ledger mapping, invoice information, taxes, and item details, have been completed before moving the transaction to the Review stage.

Step 2: Click Push to Review

Click Push to Review to move the selected invoice from the Inbox to the Review section.

This allows reviewers or authorized users to verify the transaction before it is approved and pushed to Tally, improving accounting accuracy and maintaining a structured approval workflow.

Review Before Posting to Tally

The Push to Review feature supports a maker-checker process by separating data entry from final approval. This reduces accounting errors, improves internal controls, and ensures purchase transactions are verified before being posted to Tally.
