Step 1: Click the Add Icon

In the Purchase Inbox, click the + icon to create a new purchase invoice manually.

This feature allows you to record purchase transactions without uploading an invoice, ensuring all business expenses are captured accurately in your accounting records.

Step 2: Enter All Invoice Details

Fill in all the required purchase information, including party details, ledger mapping, invoice values, taxes, and item information.

You can create With Item, Without Item, or Journal entries based on your accounting requirements, ensuring every purchase transaction is recorded correctly.

Step 3: Save the Invoice

After verifying all invoice details, click Save Changes to record the transaction.

The manually created purchase invoice is saved for further review, approval, or posting to Tally, helping maintain accurate bookkeeping and organized purchase records.
