Step 1: Open the Purchase/Expense Inbox

Navigate to Purchase/Expense → Inbox to access the invoice upload area.

The Inbox serves as the central workspace for managing purchase and expense invoices before they are reviewed, mapped, approved, and pushed to Tally.

Step 2: Click the Upload Icon

Click the + icon to start uploading a new purchase or expense invoice.

This opens the upload window, allowing you to add invoice documents for AI-powered data extraction and automated accounting processing.

Step 3: Select and Upload Your File

Choose the required invoice file from your device and click Upload.

Accomation.io securely uploads the document, extracts invoice data using AI, and places it in the Purchase/Expense Inbox for verification, ledger mapping, and further processing.
