Step 1: Open the Chat Window

Click the Chat icon on the right side of the Purchase/Expense screen.

This opens the conversation panel, allowing you to communicate directly within the invoice workflow without switching to external messaging platforms.

Step 2: Enter Your Comment

Type your comment, instruction, or query in the chat box.

You can use the Chat feature to discuss invoice details, request clarifications, provide accounting notes, or collaborate with team members while reviewing purchase transactions

Step 3: Submit Your Message

Click Submit to post your comment.

Your message becomes part of the transaction discussion, helping maintain a clear communication history, improve collaboration, and ensure everyone involved stays informed throughout the purchase approval process.
