Step 1: Select the Uploaded Excel File

In the Excel Inbox, select the uploaded Excel file you want to process.

Opening the uploaded file allows you to review imported sales transactions and begin mapping the appropriate ledgers before approving or posting entries to Tally.

Step 2: Map the Required Ledgers

Add and map the required sales ledgers for your imported transactions.

During the first upload, configure the correct ledger mappings based on your accounting data. Accomation.io remembers these mappings, automatically applying them to future uploads, reducing repetitive work and improving accounting accuracy.

Step 3: Push Transactions for Processing

Select the required transactions and click Push to Review or Push to Tally.

After ledger mapping is complete, your sales entries are ready for review, approval, or direct posting to Tally, streamlining your accounting workflow and minimizing manual processing.
