Step 1: Open Stock Item Creation

Click the Stock Item icon in the top-right corner of the Sales Excel screen.

This opens the stock item creation window, allowing you to add new inventory items without interrupting your Excel-based sales transaction workflow.

Step 2: Enter Stock Details

Add the required stock item details, including the product information needed for your inventory records.

Entering accurate stock details ensures correct item mapping, inventory tracking, and seamless processing of sales transactions during Excel imports.

Step 3: Save the Stock Item

Click Save to create the new stock item.

Once saved, the item becomes available for immediate use in your Sales Excel transactions, helping you continue processing invoices efficiently without switching to another module.
