Step 1: Configure Dispatch and Order Details in Tally

Before adding dispatch or order information in Accomation.io, ensure that the required Dispatch Details and Order Details fields are enabled and configured correctly in Tally.

Proper configuration allows these details to sync seamlessly when sales entries are pushed from Accomation.io to Tally, ensuring accurate accounting records and complete transaction information.

Step 2: Enable the Dispatch and Order Details Setting

Navigate to Manage Company → Configure Settings in Accomation.io and enable the Dispatch and Order Details toggle.

Once enabled, the system displays additional fields in the Sales Inbox, allowing you to capture shipment details, delivery information, and customer order references before posting the transaction to Tally.

Step 3: Open the Sales Entry

Open the required Sales Excel entry and click the Edit icon.

Editing the transaction allows you to enter or update dispatch and order information before sending the Sales voucher for review or directly to Tally.

Step 4: Expand Dispatch Details

Go to the Dispatch and Order Details section and click the + icon to expand it.

The expanded section displays all available fields required for entering dispatch information, transporter details, delivery references, and customer order data.

Step 5: Save the Dispatch Information

Enter the required Dispatch and Order Details, then click the Save icon.

After saving, the transaction is ready to be Pushed to Review or Pushed to Tally, ensuring complete Sales records with shipment information are transferred accurately.
