Step 1: Open Stock Item Creation

Click the Stock Item icon at the top-right corner of the Purchase Excel screen.

This opens the stock creation window, allowing you to add new inventory items without interrupting your Purchase transaction workflow.

Step 2: Enter Stock Details

Fill in the required stock item details, such as the item name and other inventory information.

Providing accurate stock details helps maintain organized inventory records, improves Purchase processing, and ensures correct stock allocation during accounting.

Step 3: Save the Stock Item

Click Save to create the new stock item.

The stock item becomes available immediately for mapping and use in your Purchase Excel transactions, reducing delays and ensuring smooth posting to Tally.
