Step 1: Open Ledger Creation

Click the Ledger Creation icon at the top-right corner of the Purchase Excel screen.

This opens the ledger creation window, allowing you to add new accounting ledgers while processing Purchase transactions without interrupting your workflow.

Step 2: Enter Ledger Name and Group

Select the Ledger Name and assign the appropriate Ledger Group.

Choosing the correct group ensures the ledger is categorized properly, helping maintain accurate accounting records and enabling smooth synchronization with Tally.

Step 3: Fill Required Details

Enter all the required ledger information, including any applicable accounting details.

Providing complete and accurate information ensures the newly created ledger is ready for immediate use in Purchase Excel transactions.

Step 4: Submit the Ledger

Click Submit to create the ledger. The new ledger becomes instantly available for mapping and use within your Purchase Excel entries, reducing delays and improving the efficiency of your Purchase accounting workflow.
