Step 1: Open the Bulk Ledger Window

Click the Bulk Ledger icon in the Purchase Excel Inbox. A pop-up displays all new party names whose ledgers have not yet been created.

If GST details are available, Accomation.io automatically fills the information. If not, you can manually enter the required details before creating the ledgers.

Step 2: Review or Complete Ledger Information

Review the auto-filled ledger information and update any missing details where required.

Verifying GST details, ledger names, and other information ensures accurate ledger creation and improves the quality of your accounting records before synchronization with Tally.

Step 3: Submit to Create Multiple Ledgers

Click Submit to create all selected ledgers simultaneously.
