Step 1: Select Bank Statement

Select the required Bank Account and Bank Statement to begin processing transactions in Speedy Mode.

Accomation.io loads the selected statement, making it ready for intelligent grouping and bulk ledger mapping based on transaction narrations.

Step 2: Open Speedy Mode

Click the Speedy Mode icon to launch the grouping interface.

A pop-up window displays bank transactions automatically grouped by similar narrations, allowing you to process multiple related transactions together instead of mapping each one individually

Step 3: Choose Grouping Type

Select either Detail Fix or Match Fix based on your requirement.

Detail Fix groups transactions with narrations that are up to 70% similar, Match Fix groups transactions with 100% identical narrations. This intelligent grouping helps improve processing speed and reduces manual effort.

Step 4: Assign Ledgers

Select the appropriate ledger for each group of transactions. If the required ledger does not exist, click the "+" icon to create a new ledger instantly without leaving Speedy Mode.

This ensures accurate ledger mapping and consistent accounting across similar transactions.

Step 5: Save and Continue

Click Save and Next to apply the selected ledger to the current transaction group and automatically move to the next grouped set.

This streamlines bulk bank transaction processing and significantly reduces repetitive bookkeeping tasks.

Step 6: Process Remaining Groups

Continue assigning ledgers until all grouped transactions have been processed.

If you want to review a group later, click Next to skip it temporarily and continue with the remaining grouped transactions, ensuring a flexible and efficient workflow.
