Step 1: Open the Upload Option

In Manage Bank, click the Upload icon either at the top of the screen or under the Action column.

This opens the bank statement upload window, allowing you to import statements for automated transaction extraction and bank reconciliation.

Step 2: Select Bank and Upload File

Select the Bank, choose the required Date Range, and upload the bank statement file.

If the statement contains advertisements or non-transaction pages, specify the start and end page numbers so Accomation.io processes only the relevant transaction pages, improving extraction accuracy.

Step 3: Upload the Statement

Click Upload to begin processing the bank statement.

Accomation.io extracts transaction data from the uploaded file and prepares it for reconciliation, ledger mapping, and automated accounting workflows, helping reduce manual data entry and improve financial accuracy.

Note:
Upload clear PDF or Excel bank statements containing only transaction information.

Avoid dot-matrix statements, advertisements, promotional pages, or unrelated content, as these may affect processing accuracy. You can also download the sample Excel format for reference before uploading.
