Step 1: Select Transactions

From the Inbox, select the bank transactions you want to update.

Bulk selection enables you to modify multiple entries at once, saving time when assigning ledgers, changing transaction types, or processing similar bank transactions together.

Step 2: Open Bulk Update

Click the Bulk Update icon to open the bulk editing window.

This feature allows you to apply common accounting changes across multiple bank transactions, improving consistency and reducing repetitive manual updates.

Step 3: Choose Transaction Type and Ledger

Select the required Transaction Type and assign the appropriate Ledger for the selected transactions.

If you want to remove an existing ledger, choose the party ledger and enable the Remove Selected Ledger option.

This helps maintain accurate ledger mapping and simplifies bulk transaction management.

Step 4: Apply Changes

Click Apply to update all selected transactions with the chosen settings.
