Step 1: Open the Set Off Window

In the Bank Inbox, click the Set Off icon under the Info column for the required transaction.

This opens the set-off window, where you can allocate receipts or payments against outstanding invoices and manage references for accurate bank reconciliation and accounting.

Step 2: Allocate Amount Against Invoices

Enter the amount to be adjusted against the relevant invoices and click Save.

Proper invoice allocation helps clear outstanding balances, improves accounts receivable and payable management, and ensures accurate financial records before transactions are pushed to Tally.

Step 3: Create Reference Entries

If required, click the On Account (OA), New Reference (NR), or Advance (AD) icons to create additional reference entries. Enter the required amount and details, then click Save.

These options help accurately record unapplied receipts, advances, and new references, ensuring proper accounting treatment and reconciliation.
