Step 1: Select the Bank Statement

From the Inbox, select the required Bank Account and then choose the appropriate Bank Statement.

Accomation.io displays all imported bank transactions from the selected statement, allowing you to review, categorize, and prepare entries for accounting automation and seamless synchronization with Tally.

Step 2: Select Party Ledger

Choose the appropriate Party Ledger for each bank transaction.

Accurate ledger mapping ensures transactions are posted to the correct accounts, improves bank reconciliation, reduces manual corrections, and maintains consistent financial records in Tally.

Step 3: Select Transactions

Select the bank transactions that you want to Push to Review or Approve and Push to Tally.

Bulk selection helps accountants process multiple bank entries simultaneously, improving efficiency and reducing repetitive accounting work.

Step 4: Push Transactions to Tally

Click Push to Review if the transactions require verification, or select Approve and Push to Tally to directly transfer approved bank entries into Tally.
